Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our clients' leading cloud technologies.
  3. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
  4. Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through effective collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking for in You

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Danish and English) professional with 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer management. Your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce will be valuable assets in this role.
