Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Engage actively with small to medium businesses across various industries to identify needs and suggest solutions using leading cloud technologies, primarily focused on products.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain a continuous pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud solutions and technologies, articulating their benefits and value proposition to customers.
- Communication: Utilize diverse communication tools to manage and sell to customers, including social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments.
- Education: High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and 1 year in sales account or customer management.
- Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, with experience in retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial settings. Proficient in communicating via phone, email, video, and presentations.
- Language Skills: English: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written); Supported Market: Fluent or Native in Dutch Flemish (verbal and written).
