Job Title: Cloud Solutions Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solutions Account Manager to join our team at Amspace Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales of Microsoft cloud technologies, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of cloud solutions customers in Malaga, Spain
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize modern sales techniques and tools to effectively communicate with customers and prospects
  • Collect and convey customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred
