Cloud Solutions Account Manager

Ben jij klaar om klanten te winnen voor cloud oplossingen? Als Cloud Solutions Account Manager maximaliseer je up-sell en cross-sell kansen in samenwerking met Solution Specialists en Partner Connection Managers, met een eerste focus op Microsoft cloud oplossingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Positioneer competitieve aanbiedingen: Begrijp de behoeften en ervaringen van klanten en laat zien hoe zij waarde kunnen creëren en hun toekomst kunnen vormgeven met Microsoft-technologieën.
  • Converteer leads naar kansen: Filter prospects en gekwalificeerde leads door verschillende criteria, zoals BANT (budget, autoriteit, behoefte en tijdslijn), om kansen en omzet te genereren.
  • Doelen behalen en overschrijden: Streef naar nieuwe omzetdoelen; forecast nauwkeurig de omzet en de verkooppipeline; benader 200 leads en creëer 30 kansen per maand; houd een hoge dagelijkse activiteit aan van minimaal 60-90 activiteiten per dag.
Vereisten
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden via telefoon, e-mail, video en presentaties.
  • Algemene kennis van de IT-industrie (minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring), met de capaciteit om snel en nauwkeurig productkennis op te doen.
  • Resultaatgerichte en prestatiemotivatie; gedreven om jaarlijkse verkoopdoelen te overtreffen door strategisch leiderschap en sterke samenwerking.
  • Goede tijdmanagementvaardigheden en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als onder toezicht te werken met een hoge mate van integriteit.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS en CRM-systemen zoals Dynamics 365 of SalesForce.
  • Aantoonbare interesse voor cloud technologieën en het veranderen van het digitale landschap.
