About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our European expansion strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Hire Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a talented sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the European market.
  2. Develop Sales Strategy: Define and execute a sales strategy to boost our presence in the European market, identify new business opportunities, and develop channels to enter new markets.
  3. Market Development: Continuously develop and improve our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and develop channels to enter new markets.
  4. Deliver Commercial Objectives: Deliver strategic commercial objectives in terms of growth and revenue through the use of effective KPIs and OKRs.
  5. Commercial Growth: Develop, implement, plan, and set challenging commercial growth targets to drive the business and achieve ambitious growth.
  6. Lead Generation: Measure and monitor all new commercial leads and ensure contract success rates are improved month on month.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support roadmap activity and drive business growth.
  8. Performance Management: Facilitate and drive performance management processes to ensure the sales team is aligned with business objectives.
  9. Leadership Team: Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry within the European Market.
  2. Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  3. Team Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
  4. Sales Performance: Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota while working and excelling in fast-paced environments.
  5. Leadership Style: Desire to take charge of a small team and help it grow exponentially over a relatively short period.
  6. Business Acumen: Experience in a fast-growth business, with an appetite for innovation.
  7. Communication Skills: Driven, charismatic professional and a positive, effective, and motivational leader.
  8. Languages: Spanish and English. Any other language is a plus.
