Amazon Business is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused B2B Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our B2B Quoting Business, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, coordinating bulk orders, and improving business processes to support our Business Customers and Sellers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts and support them in fulfilling bulk orders by Business Customers.
- Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
- Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business or account management in e-commerce or a similar industry.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong data skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Good listener and effective communicator.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Always does what is right for the customer; relentlessly customer-focused.
