Amazon Business B2B Account Manager

Amazon Business is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused B2B Account Manager to join our team. As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, helping them fulfill bulk orders, and improving business processes to support our Business Customers and Sellers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts and support them in fulfilling bulk orders.
- Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
- Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry
- Fluency in English and one of these languages: Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Able to work in a diverse team
- Strong data skills including Microsoft Excel
- Good listener and effective communicator
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Always does what is right for the customer; relentlessly customer-focused
- Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies' needs in a target-based environment
- Experience using Salesforce.Com or another CRM tool
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
