Account Manager DACH

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and reinforcing our network of installation partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close contact with installation partners to find creative solutions to challenges and negotiate price conditions for mutual business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs for all installers, holding regular feedback sessions to improve performance and collaboration.
  • Identify partner needs and derive suggestions for improvement.
  • Pursue goals and maintain a clear focus on relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in account management of B2B partners.
  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Passionate about expanding successful and sustainable partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, with a healthy mix of data-driven and intuitive decision-making.
