What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team in the Dach region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive client nurturing and consultative selling approaches.
  • Use Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to map accounts, generate new opportunities, and drive upsell and cross-sell growth.
  • Build and maintain client profiles, client mapping, and client retention plans to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
  • Run client campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to generate pipeline and close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision-makers within key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly account growth targets through pipeline creation and revenue from upsell and cross-sell.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts for clients' growth potential and conduct annual and quarterly client growth reviews.
  • Work alongside clients to resolve issues and leverage internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs.
  • Build out client-specific workflows to ensure process alignment both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Solid work experience in account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing accounts with a strong focus on meeting revenue goals.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
