Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities with a consultative selling approach, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and developing existing accounts in the DACH region.
- Use Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to map accounts, have the most relevant buyer map, and generate new opportunities.
- Build and maintain client profiles, client mapping, client retention plans, and proactively engage with accounts to understand their growth strategy and offer the best solutions.
- Run client campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to generate pipeline and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision makers within key accounts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly account growth targets, pipeline creation, and revenue from upsell, cross-sell.
- Maintain an accurate forecast for clients' growth potential and conduct annual and quarterly client growth reviews.
- Work alongside clients on any issues and leverage the right internal departments to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner.
- Oversee the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs.
- Build out client-specific workflows to ensure process alignment both internal and external.
- Solid work experience in account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing accounts, with a strong focus on meeting revenue goals.
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships.
