About the Role
The successful candidate will report to the VP Sales Europe Middle East and Africa and will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the CPIW market segment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners in the CPIW market segment.
- Conducting product demonstrations and workshops to build customer awareness and capability.
- Collaborating with product management to provide feedback and input on product functionality, training, and documentation.
- Providing assistance to the wider sales team on quotations, order entry, order management, and sales project management for field demonstrations and training as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a similar market segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Practical field skills, including knowledge of knots, seamanship, electrical/mechanical/IT troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of the CPIW market segment, customer requirements, and procurement process.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for success with international clients.
