Role Overview:
Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) across Europe within the Healthcare division.
Formulate and implement strategies for major private and public clients, pinpoint opportunities, and establish team priorities.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders in both private and public sectors, including hospitals.
In this capacity, you will ensure that the KAM team in Europe is equipped to:
- Position the division as a vital and strategic partner.
- Drive growth and meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives for each segment and client.
- Negotiate annual contracts, manage pre/post tender processes, and oversee their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities, communicating needs to senior leadership and the division.
- Recommend targeted approaches for significant accounts.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and marketing to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Lead the governance team responsible for developing the Key Account Strategy.
- Design and implement the commercial policy for both public and private sectors in collaboration with various departments.
- Establish and track performance objectives for Key Accounts aligned with overall goals.
- Support and coach Key Account Managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
- Coordinate meetings for account reviews, performance tracking, and product launches.
- Assist Key Account Managers in negotiation preparations and processes.
- Adhere to budgetary commitments and navigate decision-making processes for market entry.
- Participate actively in Sales Excellence meetings to ensure alignment with other teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Build a network with key stakeholders and facilitate high-level partnerships.
