Job Title: EU Corporate-Account-Manager---Healthcare

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EU Corporate-Account-Manager---Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our commercial excellence department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers in Europe for the Healthcare division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Large Private and Public clients, identifying opportunities and setting priorities for the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private groups, public groups, and hospitals.
  • Ensure the KAM team in Europe is able to position the division as a privileged and strategic partner, accelerate growth, and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, conduct pre/per/post tender/contract actions, and coordinate their deployment.
  • Lead the governance body in charge of developing the Key Account Strategy and ensure the design and implementation of the Public and Private commercial policy for the entire healthcare organization.
  • Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative objectives of Key Accounts in line with objectives and support the team of Key Account Managers, coaching them and ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources available.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings such as account plan reviews, conversion tracking, and product launches within the team and other cross-functional bodies necessary for proper functioning.
  • Support each Key Account Manager in Europe in the preparation and conduct of negotiations and respect budgetary commitments predefined in the commercial policies.
  • Actively participate in Sales Excellence Department meetings to ensure perfect coordination with other teams and ensure proper compliance with legal compliance rules.
  • Build a network with the main stakeholders and facilitate the partnership link up to the highest level.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing sales teams and leadership, transversal management, project coordination.
  • Adaptability, autonomy, capacity for anticipation, and strategic vision.
  • Strong capacity for high-level connections internally and externally, collaboration with various leaders of the organization, and comfort in a matrix structure.
  • Communication: ability to make strategic presentations in front of a very senior audience.
  • Decision-making capacity and ability to manage complexity in a potentially uncertain and ambiguous environment.
  • Focus on results, commercial assertiveness, and sales experience with demonstrated success in growth and market share gains.
