Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic account manager to lead our healthcare division in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare sector
- Lead a team of key account managers in Europe to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private and public groups, hospitals, and institutional decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and guidance to key account managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies and decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and account management, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
