Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic account manager to lead our Key Account Management team in Europe for the Healthcare division. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and market share gains in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and contracts, to drive growth and expansion
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives and drive results
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform business strategies and decisions
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and account management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and market share gains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers and stakeholders
