Job Title: Account Manager HVAC

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Account Manager HVAC to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Johnson Controls remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
