About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at VOLPAK. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers, driving business growth and revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing strategic plans to drive business development and growth
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a structured B2B industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG markets
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Ability to travel worldwide up to 40% of working time
  • Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach
