About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at VOLPAK, a leading company in the consumer packaged goods industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and revenue growth for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer relationships, sales performance, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
