Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Supervise and manage the tasks carried out by the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring quality and timeliness of work performed.
- Plan and Coordinate Renovation Projects: Develop and implement renovation, repair, and improvement projects for facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage General Services: Oversee the management of general services, including cleaning, security, catering, and other support services.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations, and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and facility safety.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the budget of the facilities and general services department, controlling expenses and optimizing resources.
- Conduct Facility Inspections: Regularly inspect facilities to identify and solve potential problems, and maintain updated records of all maintenance activities and general services.
- Develop Energy Efficiency Programs: Develop and manage energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption and operating costs, and conduct periodic energy audits to identify energy savings opportunities.
- Technical Degree or Industrial Engineering: Hold a technical degree or industrial engineering, electromechanics, automation, or a related field.
- Maintenance Management Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance management role in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Techniques: Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, as well as project management.
- Safety and Environmental Regulations: Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to industrial maintenance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance Management Software: Knowledge in the use of maintenance management software (CMMS).
