Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at VOLPAK. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers in the consumer packaged goods/pharma industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing strategic plans to drive business development and achieve commercial targets
- Coordinating all activities related to global key accounts, including assigning roles to various stakeholders
- Managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned accounts, understanding customer needs and priorities
- Setting pricing and terms & conditions, leading negotiations and agreements definition
- Defining target service levels to meet customer expectations, monitoring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement
- Regularly updating Coesia leadership team and companies' management on strategy, plans, activities and results
What You Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
- Meaningful and proven sales leadership experience in structured B2B industrial sectors, with a comprehensive knowledge of the FMCG markets
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
- Ability to travel worldwide up to 40% of working time
- A strategic mindset, with a focus on results and business growth
- Comfort working in a matrix and complex organization
- Self-motivation and autonomy, with the ability to work independently
- Supportive and proactive attitude
