Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial and operational strategies in your region, ensuring sustainable financial and team growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to grow the business and achieve sales targets.
- Set sales targets and identify new business opportunities in Fine Fragrances and Home & Body Care products.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet client expectations regarding quality and timelines.
- Manage existing clients and identify potential new clients within the assigned area.
- Conduct market research and engage with potential new customers.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations.
- Present projects internally and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of the final product.
- Manage pricing for the entire client portfolio and address client inquiries.
- Monitor and manage the profitability of accounts.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, specifically as a Key Account Manager in the fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of managing P&L.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel between 25% and 50% of the time.
- Professional proficiency in English and bilingual proficiency in Italian.
