Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a high level of German and English fluency, excellent grammar and spelling skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
  • Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
  • Fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • High level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Offer:
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Temporary contract (3 months) with a 1-month probation period.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  • Working days/hours: Monday to Thursday (9:00am-6:00pm) and Friday (9:00am-5:00pm).
  • Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year.
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives.
  • Holidays: 2 accrued days per month/24 calendar holidays per year.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Hybrid model: 4 days per month at the office, the rest working from home.
  • Training: 2 weeks of full-time training based in the office.
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
