Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development and Execution

Work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Kitchen Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of orders, timely deliveries, and maintaining high food hygiene standards.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage inventory levels, optimize food costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maintain profitability.

Quality Assurance and Food Safety

Ensure that all food products meet our high quality standards, and implement procedures to maintain a safe and healthy food environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large kitchen teams and driving culinary innovation.
