Our resort differentiates itself from other boutique resorts through its unique eco-luxury accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and a focus on immersive experiences that blend sustainability with personalized service.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sous chef with a passion for high-end fine dining to join our team. As a sous chef, you will be working in the main restaurant assisting the chef de cuisine and the executive chef in running the different outlets of the 22 villas resort under high-level standards.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sous chef
  • Previous 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant experience
  • Available to start November 2024
  • Good attitude
