About the Role

Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Account Executives are elite salespeople who own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach. We're looking for an Account Executive to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling.
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Liaise with customer relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • 1+ year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach).
