We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Director to spearhead our expansion into the B2B market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing B2B markets and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
  3. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales collateral and materials that resonate with B2B clients.
  4. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Ambis' products/services.
  5. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain Ambis' competitive edge.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  8. Oversee and empower our growing sales team, guiding their development, setting clear objectives, and facilitating collaboration to achieve collective sales targets and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  2. Proven track record of successful B2B sales for 3 years.
  3. Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level C1 required. Other European languages would be a plus.
  5. Work experience in a startup/scaleup/fast-paced international environment would be an advantage.
