B2B Sales Director for Ambis

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Director to spearhead our expansion into the B2B market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing B2B markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales collateral and materials that resonate with B2B clients.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Ambis' products/services.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain Ambis' competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
- Oversee and empower our growing sales team, guiding their development, setting clear objectives, and facilitating collaboration to achieve collective sales targets and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales for 3 years.
- Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level C1 required. Other European languages would be a plus.
- Work experience in a startup/scaleup/fast-paced international environment would be an advantage.
