Job MissionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and being the face of Ambis for restaurant chains.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their sales skills.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take calculated risks.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
