Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Team Manager

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Inside Sales Team in Madrid. As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing talent, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic inside sales team of 10+ members, focusing on substantial revenue generation and outstanding performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes, leveraging CRM tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify business growth opportunities and position RUCKUS solutions for new business.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential, promoting career growth and development.
  • Work closely with other departments to anticipate and deploy best practices, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong track record of revenue growth and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with account management and other sales teams.
  • Strong background in using CRM tools to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent, with a focus on achieving and exceeding results.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
