Holidu is a leading travel tech company with a mission to simplify the search and booking of vacation rentals. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales and account management team for Central and Northern Spain. Your primary goal will be to grow our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquire new partners, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and account management team
  • Grow our vacation rental portfolio in Central and Northern Spain
  • Acquire new partners and build long-term relationships
  • Train and coach the sales and account management team
  • Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts
  • Work together with the Head of Sales and Account Management Iberia to improve our product and streamline procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets
  • Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members
  • A very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach
  • Near native Spanish and fluent English skills
