Job Title: Sales Team Lead Outbound
Job Description:
As a Sales Team Lead in our vibrant Spanish team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and excellence. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals, developing and executing a robust outbound sales strategy that increases our presence in the clinical healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain talented sales professionals with proven SAAS outbound sales experience.
- Develop and implement coaching programs and initiatives that train and develop outbound sales skills for the team.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, providing continuous feedback to improve performance.
- Oversee team activity, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities.
- Manage and be aware of all developments in daily sales operations, achieving a culture of success and achievement.
- Review key performance indicators, initiating follow-up and improvement of strategies.
- Ensure smooth and effective sales processes and CRM management, maintaining a strong commitment to CRM discipline and process optimisation.
- Audit and improve sales techniques, collecting, analysing, and communicating sales KPI's to the manager.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, CS, Sales Operations) for continuous improvement of processes that impact our customers' experience.
