About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Pleez. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving sales growth for our restaurant clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
