We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate will be based in Madrid and will be responsible for leading a dynamic inside sales team of 10+ individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing inside sales team to achieve substantial revenue generation and outstanding performance.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies to drive team success.
- Collaborate with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify business growth opportunities and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners.
- Anticipate and proactively deploy best practices to other departments, engaging in an ongoing cycle of refinement.
- Take charge of building and leading a dynamic inside sales team, encouraging individuals for progression into field or corporate roles.
- A completed bachelor's degree with significant and validated experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams.
- Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.
- B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.
- Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in not only achieving results but exceeding them.
- Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a consistent track record of interpreting and presenting sophisticated concepts.
- Consistent record in the use of Microsoft Office to deliver professional-client communications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and internet/phone presentations.
