We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Inside Sales Team in Madrid. As a dynamic and self-motivated individual, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multicultural and multinational team of Inside Sales Account Managers to achieve business goals and expand RUCKUS's presence in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account management and other sales teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
