In a fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and excellence in our Inside Sales Team. As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting a high-performance department lifecycle, focusing on effective recruitment, swift onboarding, and strategic talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic inside sales team of 10+ members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and outstanding performance.
  • Collaborate with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify business goals and position RUCKUS solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with account management and other sales teams, leveraging your expertise in CRM-driven sales and efficiency.
  • Source, hire, and onboard new talent, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with significant experience in building and maintaining high-performance sales teams.
  • Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.
  • B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.
  • Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in achieving results.
  • Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
