About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop sales talent to ensure team success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, including CRM management and sales process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
