Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop sales talent to ensure team success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, including CRM management and sales process optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
