Sales Team Lead

Nutanix is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial account managers in Spain. As a Commercial Account Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities through our channel partners and direct customer interactions.
About the TeamYou will join our dynamic Spain Commercial team, consisting of 5 commercial account managers, in a highly collaborative environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and innovation. You will work closely with dedicated professionals who are passionate about driving success and making an impact.
Your Role- Manage, coach, and develop a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Forecast and manage commercial team quota.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects.
- Recommend marketing strategies to support sales initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates to your manager, including forecast and pipeline information.
- Identify and leverage Nutanix customer references for reference selling.
- Proven track record in managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and direct-touch sales.
- Experience in leading commercial teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees across functions, including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape.
- Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English language skills required.
