B2B Sales Executive

(We are supporting our client, Ambis, to find a talented B2B Sales Manager.)
Role Overview:
As we expand our footprint in the B2B landscape, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager. This position is pivotal in driving revenue and fostering growth within the B2B domain.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our market presence by pinpointing and securing new business prospects.
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will spearhead strategic sales initiatives, engage in outreach activities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth through effective sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at expanding business in both new and existing B2B markets to meet revenue objectives.
- Conduct proactive outreach and prospecting to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to create customized sales materials that resonate with B2B clients.
- Actively engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Ambis' products/services.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor actions to leverage emerging opportunities and sustain Ambis' competitive advantage.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress updates, and insights to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and resource allocation.
- Lead and empower our expanding sales team, guiding their development, establishing clear objectives, and fostering collaboration to achieve collective sales goals.
Required Competencies:

Technical Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- Proven success in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a minimum level of C1 required. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced international environment is advantageous.
