Mission:

With a strong emphasis on innovation and client satisfaction, we have established a robust presence in the B2C market and are now venturing into the B2B domain. We are in search of a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our initiatives in driving revenue and growth within the B2B sector.

As a B2B Sales Manager, your mission is to enhance our footprint in the B2B market by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include executing strategic sales initiatives, conducting outreach calls, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and ultimately driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.




Outcomes:


  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to boost business in new and existing B2B markets and meet revenue objectives.
  • Conduct outbound outreach calls and prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials that resonate with B2B clients.
  • Actively engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Ambis's products/services.


  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to seize emerging opportunities and maintain Ambis's competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Oversee and empower our expanding sales team, guiding their development, setting clear objectives, and facilitating collaboration to achieve collective sales targets and organizational goals.

Technical Competences/ Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales for 3 years.
  • Strong skills in outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level C1 required. Proficiency in other European languages would be advantageous.
  • Experience in a startup/scaleup/fast-paced international environment would be beneficial.
