Key Responsibilities- Financial Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Embat's treasury management solutions and their applications in the finance industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
- Product Expertise: Collaborate with the Product team to identify client needs and priorities, and provide feedback to inform product development.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with C-level executives, senior managers, and other stakeholders to articulate the value proposition of Embat's solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles, sales, and/or client relationship management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs, preferably Hubspot.
- International experience and a willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
