About Embat

Embat is a fast-growing startup in Europe, founded in 2021 to revolutionize the way medium and large-sized enterprises manage their finances and monitor cash flow in real-time.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional who speaks the language of finance teams, understanding their pain points and financial products used. As a UK Finance Account Executive, you'll focus on mid-market and enterprise customers, managing both short-cycle and long-cycle sales (typically 2-4 months).

Embat is a game-changer for finance teams, and you'll need to articulate our value proposition to CFOs, Head of Finance, Treasurers, or similar decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding finance teams' needs regarding treasury management and articulating Embat's value proposition.
  • Managing inbound leads and the entire sales & retention process for mid and large-size businesses, interacting with their finance teams.
  • Generating your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Expertly managing multiple stakeholders and multitasking.
  • Communicating effectively with C-level executives and senior managers.
  • Becoming a product expert, working closely with our Product team to identify clients' pain points and priorities to inform and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements

We're looking for a perseverant, experienced, and team-oriented individual with:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles (sales and/or client relationship management) and understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferably).
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS software for finance departments.
  • Experience in startup environments.
  • International experience and additional languages are key to embracing our inclusive culture.
