Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. As a CRM Manager, you'll work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute a top-tier CRM strategy, driving user activation and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain triggers for transactional emails, push campaigns, and in-app messages
• Implement CRM campaigns, measure, and analyze results
• Understand user acquisition and churn funnels, connecting main steps to CRM campaigns
• Own, manage, and improve CRM marketing analytics
• Generate, implement, and analyze hypotheses for improvement

Requirements:
• Proven experience in CRM marketing for more than 3 years
• Advanced level of written and spoken English (additional EU language is a plus)
• Deep understanding of CRM marketing stages
• Knowledge of main CRM campaign tools, services, and solutions
• Skills in copywriting and editing texts
• Personal Qualities: attention to detail, thoroughness, initiative, curiosity, and a growth mindset
