Key Responsibilities- Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute a CRM strategy and communications plan.
- Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing and CRM professional with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.). You should have excellent copywriting skills, be proficient in HTML, and have experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc).

- Fluent in English.
