Your expertise in historical DB analysis and insight extraction will help us define CRM strategies, forecast, and plan campaigns. You will also deliver monthly reports and provide support to brands in decision-making and action development. If you have a degree in Marketing, ADE, or similar, and +3 years of experience in a CRM department, we encourage you to apply. We value knowledge of tools such as Adobe Campaign Classic/Salesforce, complementary training in HTML & CSS, and B2B expertise. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and monitor CRM campaigns end-to-end
* Process control and phases of campaign development
* Historical DB analysis and insight extraction
* Definition of CRM strategies, forecasting, and campaign planning
* Delivery of monthly reports and reporting
* Support brands in decision-making and action development
* Design and ideation of reports and dashboarding

**Requirements:**

* Degree in Marketing, ADE, or similar
* +3 years of experience in a CRM department
* High level of English - C1 (spoken and written)
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and high detail orientation
* Digital profile, proactive, and with high attention to detail

**Nice to Have:**

* Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Campaign Classic/Salesforce
* Complementary training in HTML & CSS
* B2B expertise
