About the Role

The Digital Campaign Manager is a key member of Condé Nast's Campaign Management team within the digital organization. This role is critical to the success of our campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the setup and execution of programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers across display, mobile, and video channels.
  2. Support the campaign management team in their daily tasks such as availability requests, creating campaign evaluations, and reporting.
  3. Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling tasks associated with launching campaigns.
  4. Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimizing against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
  5. Advise internal sales departments on campaign conception and ad serving guidelines.
  6. Mediate amongst the individual departments, such as Sales, Digital Media Strategy, Project Management, Creatives, and client partners.
  7. Sales System Globalization Project
    1. Participation in the creation of the digital product catalogue.
    2. Update of the setting in the AdServer GAM.
    3. Validation of existing campaigns.
    4. Onboarding and adoption of new system, workflow, and processes.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least 6 months of Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to self-prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Excel, comfortable with organizing data.
  • Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS beneficial.
  • Knowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficial.
  • English language fluency, with French language beneficial.
