Job Title: Marketing Campaign Project Manager

As a Marketing Campaign Project Manager at Straumann Group, you will be responsible for leading the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional and local marketing and sales counterparts. Your primary goal will be to coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional and local marketing and sales counterparts.

  • Ensure clear briefing and task assignments to the MOS team members.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in managing digital marketing projects and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in a global environment, preferably in the medical device business, is desirable.
  • Certified project management training (e.g., SCRUM, PMP) or equivalent is a plus.

  • Digitally driven mindset with a passion for technology tools and global digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Travel Requirements:

Comfortable with up to 10% travel.
