Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Integrated Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing global and regional marketing initiatives to drive awareness, generate, and accelerate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver integrated global marketing campaigns that support business objectives and fuel established growth KPIs, including planning, creating, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting on results.
- Manage the creation and activation of global and French campaign assets, tools, and targeted content, including infographics, ebooks, articles, blogs, videos, and other customer-facing materials to build awareness, drive demand generation, and arm the GTM teams.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute global and regional digital campaigns, including LinkedIn, email, programmatic ads, influencer marketing, etc.
- Create and maintain global and local language email nurture campaigns in partnership with content and email marketing teams.
- Partner with marketing operations to define, report, and interpret campaign results, leveraging analytical insights to drive effective decisions and corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers in field marketing, partner marketing, content, PR and communications, digital marketing, and product marketing, as well as sales and business development teams.
- Minimum of 5+ years of related demand generation or marketing experience; in the tech industry preferred.
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns based on a foundation of data and analysis, optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies to localize campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- French native level, Fluent in English.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders.
