About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives across various products and markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
  • Lead internal campaign communications from briefings to reporting, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time, aligning with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Own and manage the campaign timeline, mapping and optimizing the complete consumer journey to drive business results.
  • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Align and coordinate different teams (e.g., creative, media, product) to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Develop and test new campaign formats and channels to optimize performance, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Create comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage multiple channels and align with business goals, including:
    • Developing data-driven forecasts for campaign performance.
    • Creating multiple scenarios to evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisions.
    • Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans.
  • Oversee various marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, social media, influencers) and coordinate with specialized teams to drive business growth.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, working with analytics teams to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaign strategies to drive business results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decks and reports.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis.
  • Awareness of industry trends and a goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
  • Adaptability and willingness to test new marketing approaches, with a strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with advanced English language skills.
