Senior Field Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to build and execute successful field marketing programs with our Iberian/LATAM Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that support regional sales strategy
  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute 360° campaigns and integrated programs
  • Identify, plan, execute, and track regional programs, including brand events, partner events, and tradeshows
  • Drive and coordinate the creation of localized sales and demand enablement content
  • Analyze results, metrics, and report to the organization on program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS
  • Native Spanish speaker with experience marketing to other Spanish speakers
  • Expertise in the Iberian/LATAM SMB markets
  • Marketo & Salesforce knowledge (or similar tools)
  • Ability to develop fully integrated marketing plans according to the region
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
