Job Description

Hi there, we're Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers. We're looking for a talented Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
  • Lead internal campaign communications from briefings to reporting, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time, meeting campaign deadlines.
  • Own and manage the campaign timeline, mapping and optimizing the complete consumer journey.
  • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Align and coordinate different teams (e.g., creative, media, product) to achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop and test new campaign formats and channels to optimize performance, staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis.
  • Awareness of industry trends, goal-oriented mindset, and adaptability to test new marketing approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with advanced English language skills.
