About the Role
Metyis is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our advisory service team. As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in providing first-class service and advice to our clients in projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Help our clients drive the adoption, configuration, and iteration of the Salesforce platform, improving business processes, data use, and efficiency.
- Analyze business processes, understand technical requirements, and Salesforce solutions, and be part of consulting projects.
- Provide coaching in Salesforce administration and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working on Salesforce implementation and CRM process design and implementation.
- Experience covering service, marketing, and sales Salesforce modules. Knowledge in Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
- The candidate must have proven data modeling capabilities and specific references in customer data models definition and implementation.
- Fluent in local language(s) and English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics or a related field.
